The raw data and the scripts used to perform simulations for the article "Quantifying the Number of Dark, Gray, and Bright States as a Function of Spectral Overlap in Polaritonic Systems" by Rahul Bhuyan, Ilia Sokolovskii, Clara Schäfer, Gerrit Groenhof and Karl Börjesson are here stored.

The data consist of:
Experimental and simulated absorption and emission spectra including yields.
Angular resolved reflectivity, and emission yields
coupling strengths and number for different cavities
Overlap integrals and other parameters that depends on cavity lengths
MATLAB, python and Mathematica scripts for fitting experimental data and simulation of the molecule cavity system.

The first part of the filename indicates to which figure in the article that the data belongs to. Fig1 corresponds to Figure 1 in the manuscript and so forth for every figure.
Folder structure: Folders named FigX contain the corresponding figure in the manuscript in both the program in which it was made and the final exported file type used in the manuscript. Scripts used for fittings and simulations are stored in the folder named scripts. In this folder: Cav12 represent the thickest cavity in the study and Cav19 the thinnest. Measurement 1 indicate an incident angle of 10 degrees, and each following measurement is increasing this angle with 5 degrees. MATLAB scripts need MATLAB to be installed. TMM calculations requires python "Notebook anaconda" to be installed. Furthermore, the mother script is called "tmm_jf". Scripts in the Mathematica folder needs Mathematica to be installed.

The file ending describes what type of data that the file consists.

".txt, .dat" raw data file (tab delimited)
".emf., .wmf, png" figure file, originally compiled using the Origin and MATLAB softwares.
".opju" figure file, can be opened using the Origin software.
".m" MATLAB file
".py, .ipynb" python files
".nb" mathematica file
